These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the website www.secrets2discover.com (the "Website") and all purchases of digital products offered by Secrets2Discover ("we," "us," "our").
By accessing the Website, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. About Secrets2Discover
Secrets2Discover is a travel content company registered in the Netherlands offering digital travel guides and informational travel products.
We do not operate tours, act as a travel agency, or provide booking services.
3. Our digital products
We offer digital travel products, including:
- The Travel Journal
- City add-ons: Quick Maps, Explorer's Maps, Stories and Games
- The Journal of Secrets
- Custom products, made for one person
All products are delivered digitally. Depending on the product, it works in your own Obsidian or Notion, or as a page on the Website.
Upon purchase, you receive:
- A personal unlock link in your order confirmation email, which works for 20 openings
- The ability to download an offline version for personal use
Products bought in our Skool community are claimed on the Website's Access page with your Skool handle.
No physical goods are delivered.
4. Accounts
You do not need an account to buy or use our products. You can create one to check out faster next time.
Account registration requires:
- Email address
- Password
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase products.
By using the Website, you confirm that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
- The information you provide is accurate
6. License and permitted use
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access the purchased product
- Download and use the offline version

You may NOT:
- Share your account or your unlock link with others
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the content
- Upload content to file-sharing platforms
- Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works
- Use the content for AI training, scraping, or automated data extraction
All intellectual property rights remain with Secrets2Discover.
7. Prices and payments
All prices are displayed on the Website.
By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price using one of the available payment methods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions in cases of suspected fraud.
8. Right of withdrawal (14-day refund policy)
As a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of purchase.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.
Important: digital content consent
By purchasing our digital product and gaining immediate access, you expressly:
- Consent to the immediate delivery of digital content
- Acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully delivered
If you do not access or download the product, you may still exercise your withdrawal right within 14 days.
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
9. Lifetime access
Products you download into your own Obsidian or Notion are yours to keep and use offline under the license in section 6.
For products that run on the Website, "lifetime access" means access for as long as:
- Secrets2Discover continues operating the Website, and
- You use the product in line with these Terms
We reserve the right to update or improve products at any time.
10. Informational nature of content
Our products are for informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee:
- Accuracy of local regulations
- Entry requirements
- Visa information
- Safety conditions
- Availability of locations or services
Travel involves inherent risks. You are responsible for independently verifying essential information before traveling.
Secrets2Discover is not liable for travel decisions made based on our content.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch law, Secrets2Discover shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profit or business
- Travel disruptions
- Personal injury or property damage resulting from travel decisions
Our total liability shall in all cases be limited to the amount paid for the specific product purchased.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including:

The demo game on the Website (rooms, coins, ghosts) is saved only in your own browser and never reaches our server.
